DENVER –Football people always say that any player is tradeable in the NFL. Peyton Manning might not be one of them.

A Denver sports talk radio report on Tuesday said that Manning was being shopped to the Houston Texans by Denver during the off-season, which was emphatically denied by the Broncos, Tom Condon – Manning’s agent – and the Texans.

Denver Broncos public relations director Patrick Smyth tweeted at Benjamin Allbright, the radio host who offered the report, “Here’s one for the record – The speculation is false, and your report is inaccurate.”

Manning restructured his contract in the off-season and has a no trade clause for 2015. That clause goes away in 2016.
