PUEBLO, CO – Another sexually violent predator is living in Pueblo.
56-year-old Wesley Lucas is now living on West 11th Street and is on intensive supervised parole.
Meanwhile, 34-year-old Phillip Vigil, also a sexually violent predator, is now listed as “homeless” in the Steel City.
