COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A Colorado Springs woman will spend the rest of her life in prison without parole.
22-year-old Bionca Rogers was convicted Tuesday of first degree murder in the death of 61-year-old Grant Frazier.
Frazier’s body was found in a car in Iowa in February of 2014. He died of blunt force trauma and stab wounds.
Rogers claimed she killed the victim to prevent him from raping her. Prosecutors say she planned the slaying, and tried to cover up the crime.
