COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A 72-year-old Colorado Springs man is due in court today after he was arrested Friday.
Police say Robert Dolan took cell phone pictures of young boys at a YMCA locker room on Montebello Drive west last Thursday. Staff told police he’d been there at least five times that week.
After searching his home, Dolan was charged with multiple counts related to child pornography.
The YMCA confirmed Dolan was a member at the time of the incident, but his membership has now been suspended.
He’s being held in the El Paso County jail without bond.
