The father of Dylan Redwine, a 13-year-old Monument boy who was found dead in 2013, is filing a counter-suit to his ex-wife’s wrongful death suit.
Elaine Hall claims Redwine was responsible for Dylan’s safety when he allegedly ran-off in 2012. Redwine claims Hall disparaged him directly to Dylan, and may have encouraged him to leave Redwine’s house, where he met with whoever or whatever caused his death.
Dylan went missing while visiting his father in Vallecito. His remains were found along a rugged road near his father’s house months later.
Another search of the area is planned for September.
