COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a fraud suspect.
A woman was spotted on video using a stolen credit card at Target near North Carefree and Powers on Tuesday. The card’s owner found out the next day after checking their bank statement.
The suspect bought two iPads totaling close to $1,200 dollars. She tried two more transactions with the stolen card, but those were declined.
