UPDATE: Colorado Springs Police have identified a man who was killed in a motorcycle crash Sunday afternoon at Airport and Chelton.
55-year-old Bradley Blower rode into the side of a turning pickup truck. He did not survive.
The driver of the truck, 49-year-old Richard Chavez, was charged with making an illegal turn, and careless driving resulting in death.
COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Colorado Springs Police continue to investigate a deadly crash on the city’s southeast side.
It happened Sunday afternoon at Airport and Chelton. A motorcyclist drove into the side of a turning pickup truck. The rider did not survive.
Their name will be released once family’s been notified. Traffic was diverted around the intersection for hours while the scene was cleared. There’s no word of any other injuries, or if any charges are warranted.
