COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A Colorado Springs woman accused of repeatedly ramming her vehicle into the walls of her ex-boyfriend’s apartment last week is due in court today.
56-year-old Carol Gallegos was released from a hospital Sunday, and is now jailed without bond.
She plowed her minivan into a building on Crestone Avenue last Thursday, knocking down a wall that almost hit a woman inside with her two young children. Gallegos was later caught after causing a four-car crash.
She’s charged with DUI, no insurance, several traffic violations and thyree counts of attempted murder.
