WESTON, CO – Authorities have arrested the father of two boys who drowned after they fell through the ice on a pond in southern Colorado.
33-year-old Silvino Garcia is jailed in connection with the deaths of 9-year-old Jorge Garcia and 4-year-old Orlando Garcia.
Garcia is facing child abuse charges. The brothers fell through the ice Friday afternoon. the pond is in Weston, which is about 20 minutes west of Trinidad.
