COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – The man who killed three people and wounded nine others in a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic has been speaking with a Denver TV station.
Dear says he believes FBI agents were following him that morning and they tipped off employees that he was headed to the clinic.
He’s facing 179 charges including first-degree murder, attempted murder and assault.
A judge has ordered him to undergo a mental competency exam.
Reporter Rick Sallinger asked Robert Dear why he says he will not cooperate with an exam to determine if he is competent to stand trial.
