COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A Colorado Springs man is facing charges after drunkenly shooting another person in the head.
Police say Joel Anderson was handling a firearm while intoxicated last night at a home on Lark Drive, near Union and Constitution. An adult male was shot in the head, and is now hospitalized and expected to survive.
Anderson was jailed for prohibited use of a weapon, and other charges.
