COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A hash oil explosion damages a home on the Springs’ west side.
It happened Sunday afternoon near Pikes Peak and 31st Street. The occupant of the damaged apartment was taken to a hospital with significant burns.
Police say the resident will likely face charges.
