COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – One person has been arrested in connection with a shooting in Colorado Springs.
19-year-old Tevion Thompson was taken into custody Sunday evening in the 2400 block of Clarendon Dr., according to CSPD.
One person was injured in the shooting early Sunday morning on Colorado Springs’ south side.
The victim was shot in the chest outside their home near Delta Drive and El Morro Road. One other person may have been injured.
The homicide unit responded to the scene, but at last check the victim was still alive. The victim suffered life threatening injuries but has been treated and is now in stable condition.
The shooting is still under investigation. This is a developing story and will be updated as more information becomes available.
