FALCON, CO – A suspected killer is due in court today to be advised of the charges against him.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Timothy Hagins for the slaying of David Stechman in his Falcon home last Thursday.
The victim’s wife came home to find him on the floor covered in blood. Hagins’ charges include murder, burglary, assault and criminal mischief.
There’s been no word on how the suspect and Stechman may be connected.
