COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A woman has been arrested in connection with a murder attempt in the Stratmoor Hills area.
38-year-old Tonya Harrison is accused of being an accessory to attempted murder.
37-year-old Consepcion Rascon allegedly threw an accelerant on a car with two females inside and set it on fire on Sunday. He remains at large.
The victims suffered burns, and one is in critical condition.
UPDATE: The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office say they’ve taken Consepcion Rascon Jr. into custody. Booked into CJC on multiple charges.
