COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Colorado Springs Police are investigating a series of overnight robberies. At least one of them was an armed robbery.
Several calls came in around 12:30 a.m., one for a stolen car. When officers with the Falcon Division caught up with the stolen car, several shots were fired at them. No one was hurt, but the suspects got away.
Police are still investigating and working on putting together suspect descriptions.
