EL PASO COUNTY, CO – We now know the name of a man who was shot to death Tuesday night in Security.
42-year-old Oscar Martinez was killed at the Marquette Heights Apartments. He was reportedly homeless and had been sleeping in the hallway.
No arrests have been made, but the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office does not believe there’s any threat to the community.
