FOUNTAIN, CO – A juvenile is jailed after allegedly shooting a man last month in Fountain.
An 18-year-old was shot in the head and back near I-25 and Santa Fe. The victim survived, and is now out of the hospital.
The suspect, a 16-year-old acquaintance, was arrested Thursday by a SWAT team at a home near Marksheffel and Drennan. He’s now in a youth detention facility on an attempted murder charge.
