COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A fatal shooting in downtown Colorado Springs, early Thursday morning, may end without any charges.
District Attorney Dan May will determine whether the resident, who says he shot and killed a transient who broke into his home, is protected on the “Make My Day” law.
The deceased male has not been identified.
