COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Colorado Springs Police have detained a man who allegedly shot his cousin in the head earlier this month.
The victim survived, despite being shot 5 times. 27 year-old was found Tuesday by Mexican immigration authorities.
The shooting happened on April 9th at an apartment near Airport and Chelton.
The motive was to avoid paying a $500 dollar debt.
