COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Another happy homecoming at Fort Carson last night.
95 soldiers with the 759th Military Police Battalion have been serving in Kuwait and Qatar in support of Operation Spartan shield for the last nine months.
News 5 reports, Captain Seth Peters’ wife had twin boys just weeks before her husband deployed.
The soldiers provided law enforcement operations, and were responsible for installation security.
While deployed, they seized more than 700 items of contraband, and escorted $5 million of weapons and ammunition throughout the theater.
