Two men, accused in 3 murders in Colorado Springs last year, will stand trial

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO -. A judge ruled Tuesday that there was enough evidence to try Haywood Miller and Richard Spanks for shooting four people and killing three.

Spanks refused to leave the jail Tuesday, and therefore waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

The victims were shot days apart in what are thought to be drug related crimes. Both men remain jailed, and will be arraigned June 26th.
