FORT CARSON, CO – Fort Carson is deploying several hundred troops on short notice orders to Germany within the next two weeks.
Included in the deployment are the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team.
The Army said it is an Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise, which is a planned readiness test.
The exact date of the deployment was not released.
