COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A woman has been cited for child abuse after allegedly leaving her five young children alone for more than a day in a Colorado Springs motel room.
Staff members at the motel in the 500 block of N. Murray Blvd cared for the children when their mother, Marissa Goodman, was gone.
Colorado Springs Police Department was unable to locate Goodman for several hours. Department of Human Services has custody of the children at this time.
