COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A Colorado Springs convenience store clerk is recovering after a failed robbery.
Last night, a man tried to grab cash from a register at a Loaf And Jug at Pikes Peak and Circle.
The employee was punched in the face, suffering minor injuries, and the crook ran off empty-handed.
Police are looking for a black male in his early 20’s or late teens.
