CROWLEY, CO – State troopers say alcohol may have been involved in a deadly crash in Crowley county last night.
A vehicle went off the side of highway 96, around 3 miles east of sugar city.
The driver, 22-year-old Abren Tenorio of La Junta, was treated for minor injuries.
He was then booked for DUI.
His passenger, 21-year-old Christopher Raso of La Junta, was unrestrained and died at the scene.
