COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Police have linked two carjackings and a shooting to the same group.
The Gazette reports, 18-year-old Jyaer Pepper, and 3 other people are under arrest.
On May 24th, a man had his car keys, and wallet stolen at gunpoint.
About an hour later, there was an attempted carjacking in which a woman was shot at as she sped away.
A bullet hit her headrest.
The next day, a gun was used in a shooting during a street race on North Academy.
A passenger was hit, causing a crash.
A second bullet went through the wall of an apartment and hit a man while he was sleeping.
Pepper faces attempted murder, aggravated robbery and other charges.
