Mark Redwine will be back in Colorado within a matter of days to face justice.
55 year old Mark Redwine, who was arrested in Washington state last month, waived his extradition challenge Tuesday.
He’s accused in the 2012 murder of his 13 year old son, Dylan Redwine of Monument.
The boy was visiting his father’s home near Durango when he was killed.
Partial remains were discovered in a nearby, mountainous area.
Investigators found the child’s blood in Redwine’s home and truck.
It’s unclear exactly when Redwine will be brought back to Colorado, but it could be within a week or so.
