DENVER, CO – Today is day three of the Taylor Swift trial in Denver.
The pop star claims that former radio host David Mueller groped her in 2013 at the Pepsi Center.
Mueller was fired after the accusation, and is suing swift for $3 million dollars.
She counter-sued him for a symbolic $1 dollar and an admission of sexual assault.
Mueller took the stand Tuesday, saying a recording of him discussing the incident with his superiors at the radio station was accidentally destroyed when he spilled coffee on his laptop.
He claims he also accidentally damaged at least 4 other devices that may have contained evidence.
He’ll be back on the stand today.
Swift is also expected to testify in the future.
