COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A trial continues today for a Colorado Springs man accused of killing his young son.
26 year old Jeremy Ralph is charged with murder in the death of 4-year-old Montana Glynn in 2016 at a home near Union and Vickers.
He claims he put the boy in a bathtub, and then fell asleep for about 15 minutes.
He says he awoke to find the child unconscious.
But police say the boy died from blunt force trauma.
