COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – An accused rapist will be in court this afternoon to be advised of his charges.
19 year old Adolfo Perez was arrested Wednesday.
He’s accused of sexually assaulting a woman in July at a home near Barnes and Austin Bluffs.
His charges also include assault and kidnapping.
