TELLURIDE, CO – A mountain biker, who was killed by a lightning strike Sunday, has been identified.
24 year old John Huisjen of Durango and his girlfriend were riding in the Lizard Head Wilderness near Telluride when a storm rolled in.
The couple were part of several groups of mountain bikers who took shelter below tree line when he was struck.
