COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A suspected drunk driver and his wife are facing charges after a car crash Sunday night.
Police say 37 year old Brian Krueger was impaired when he hit a parked truck on Mcarthur Avenue, near Circle and Palmer Park.
A 3 year old and a 6 year old were in the back seat, but neither was restrained.
One of the children suffered life-threatening injuries.
Krueger tried to run away, but was caught by a witness.
He was arrested for DUI and other charges.
He and his wife, 35 year old Sarah Krueger, were both charged with child abuse.
