DURANGO, CO – Mark Redwine, accused of murdering his 13 year old son in 2012, made his first court appearance Tuesday in La Plata County.
Redwine was arrested last month in Washington state on charges of 2nd degree murder and child abuse.
His son, Dylan from Monument, was allegedly killed by Redwine in his home near Durango.
Yesterday, a judge reduced his bond from $1,000,000 to $750,000 despite pleas from his ex-wife, Elaine Hall, who had asked the judge to keep the original bond amount.
Redwine remains jailed this morning.
