COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Passenger traffic at the Colorado Springs airport is booming.
There was a 27% increase in travelers from the first half of 2016 to the first half of 2017.
The return of Frontier Airlines is a major factor in the increase.
More than 1 million passengers have traveled through the Springs airport from January through the end of July.
