COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Four children, allegedly kidnapped by their father, are now safe with relatives in Colorado Springs.
The children, ages 3 through 9, were taken by 30 year old Matthew Giovanditto last week from New Hampshire during a custody battle.
They had reportedly been staying in campgrounds and parking lots near Denver and Colorado Springs.
Charges have yet to be announced against Giovanditto.
