MONUMENT, CO – A man accused of threatening mountain bikers and hikers with a hatchet near Mount Herman is now facing new charges.
Daniel Nation is now accused of assault and trespassing.
He was already being held on charges of illegally possessing a weapon, and felony menacing.
He is a person of interest in the death of a Monument man, who was cycling near Mount Herman in September.
