MONUMENT, CO – A Monument man already facing charges in the death of his brother, is in custody again after being accused of assault.
Erik Mattyasovsky was arrested last night at a home in Monument after a 6 hour standoff with authorities.
He is accused of assaulting two people in that home.
He is already facing a charge of reckless manslaughter after allegedly shooting and killing his brother in April.
