COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Two 13-year-old boys accused of making a kill list of students and staff at Sabin Middle School could be formally charged today.

Felony charges of conspiracy and inciting destruction are expected during a hearing later today.

The two unidentified teens are also expected to ask for their release from Spring Creek Youth Service Center.

A magistrate decided Tuesday that the boys would be kept at the center due the seriousness of the accusations against them.
