COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Ballots for next month’s election hit the mail today.
Among other issues, Colorado Springs residents will decide on a new stormwater fee.
El Paso County is seeking voter approval to keep about $14 million in extra government revenue for park and infrastructure projects, including widening a stretch of I-25 north of the Springs.
Manitou Springs is also voting on a new mayor.
