Today, Daniel Nations will be in court in Teller County.
He’s accused threatening people with a hatchet near Mount Herman last month.
It happened near where cyclist Tim Watkins was found shot to death last month.
Nations is also a person of interest in the February murders of two teenage girls in Indiana.
Nations has not been charged with any of the murders.
