COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Local and federal authorities are offering a reward for information about a gun store burglary.
Last Wednesday, “Big Jim’s Loans III Pawn Shop” was robbed and the suspects stole ten long guns from the store on Galley Road in Colorado Springs.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms along with the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office are offering a five-thousand dollar reward that leads to the arrest and conviction of the suspects.
Sheriff Bill Elder said the crooks pose a threat to the safety of the community because there is a process to legally obtain firearms.
