COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – Crews are mopping up hot spots after an early morning grassfire broke out near Fillmore and Centennial.
Several nearby residents were on pre-evacuation status for a time.
There’s no word on the cause.
No one was hurt, and no buildings were damaged.
Firefighters will remain on scene, in the event the blaze flares back up.
