COLORADO SPRINGS, CO – A student at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs is dead following an auto-pedestrian crash early Sunday morning.
Three individuals were crossing Austin Bluffs Parkway at Stanton Road near the UCCS campus when a pickup hit two of them.
One person died on scene while another suffered minor injuries.
The truck’s driver took off.
Police later located the suspect vehicle and have identified the driver but haven’t released his or her name.
