CRESTONE, CO – Jacob Roe, the 12 year old boy last seen in the town of Crestone Sunday afternoon, has been found safe in Utah Monday morning.
The Colorado Bureau of Investigation says a man with Roe, 60 year old David Freeman has been taken into custody.
Authorities are not sure of the relationship with Roe and Freeman.
Crestone is a small town about 50 miles north of Alamosa.
Detectives have not said how Roe was located.
