The Falcon Highlands Metro Water District is warning customers to boil their water before using it.
The water district, northeast of Colorado Springs, says because of a malfunction and a drop in water pressure, harmful organisms could have gotten into the water system.
Until further notice, Falcon Highlands customers should boil their water for at least 3 minutes before using it for any reason. They hope to have the problem fixed by Thursday.
