Planned Parenthood Shooter Competency Trial Update

Robert Dear, the man accused in the Planned Parenthood shooting in November of 2015, was again found not competent to stand trial on Friday.

A court ordered review takes place every 90 days, his next one will be on October 26th.

Dear is charged with 179 counts, which includes murder and attempted murder. 

Three people were killed, and 9 people were injured during the standoff that lasted for several hours.

Dear has been treated at the state mental hospital in Pueblo.
