Back in May, an Amy’s Donuts shop on east Fountain Boulevard was robbed at gunpoint and two juveniles are now behind bars for the crime.
Officers say the suspects entered the business and hit an employee over the head with a handgun. The firearm went off but no one was hurt.
Police say a few days later a personal robbery was reported and the same two culprits were arrested.
A search warrant at the homes of the male suspects, who are 16 and 15 years old, linked them to the hold-up at Amy’s Donuts.
They were detained and charged for that robbery last week.
