A woman accused of operating an illegal marijuana operation is under arrest.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Deputies were conducting a compliance check at a property on Colonial Park drive southeast of Monument on Tuesday when they discovered 30 mature pot plants and over 73-pounds of processed weed.
Betty Fernandez was taken into custody.
