A suspected car thief is under arrest in Colorado Springs.
Wednesday, police spotted a stolen jeep near Chelton and Fountain.
It was linked to several muggings around town. The jeep hit two other vehicles before being stopped.
The unidentified driver was taken into custody after a foot chase.
